Caitlin Cae
Hello! This is the place where I can publicly (for better or worse :)) pour out my passions and thoughts, triumphs and falls. A place where I can work out my own niche and have fun learning and sharing!
I have entered into my next 30 years and determined to make some changes. Not just the superficial changes I have been obsessed with for quite awhile (eg. weight :)) but changing the way I view health, happiness and the operation of our household.
I am also passionately invested in things such as homebirth, intactivism, fitness (T-Tapp), parenthood, alternative ways of dealing with minor afflictions and becoming more and more self-sufficient in our energy and food needs! We own a labor of love home with a yard just begging to grow a garden. I come from a rich history of ranching, hardworking and self-reliant people. I desire to return to the land someday. My family and I are making efforts to come closer to a simpler way of life. I can't wait to eventually know exactly where the eggs and milk for our breakfast came from and to be intimately wound in the process. I am sure some days I will curse 5:30am milkings, but for now I am a hopeless romantic. :) But for the time being, right here and now we can make changes toward such goals within our house walls and rectangular lot perimeter.
